Creative Connections: Getting the most out of Henry Stewart Creative Operations NY
Thursday, May 9 | 1:00 pm ET
We came away from the last Henry Stewart Creative Operations Event in London back in March with these key takeaways:
- Creative is a vital function in the inbound sales motion, but tracking the impact of creative and the revenue it helps deliver is severely lacking. I have some ideas on how we can fix it, but would love some perspectives from creative leaders on it
- Marketing teams have ‘Marketing Analysts’, Sales teams have ‘Sales Analysts’, how about we start to encourage Creative teams to have ‘Creative Analysts’ to help establish data-driven value
- Organizations might have a DAM, but often the DAM owner doesn’t want a’) Work-in-Progress’ files in the DAM and b) everyone in the organization in the DAM. This leaves Creative Teams without a consolidated way of working together until an asset is ‘DAM ready’. This seems to create a messy way of working with multiple platforms like Dropbox & Box, internal servers and even hard drives being used in combination with one another.
- Integrating external partners such as agencies and freelancers into projects is being limited by systems that still operate on per-user licenses that limit collaboration.
- Creative teams are being asked to ‘do more with less’, so finding new tools and partners that can help them ‘deliver more for less’ is of the utmost importance, especially where these tools and partners can help tell a story of impact, enhanced efficiency, and revenue.
Ahead of the next Henry Stewart Event in New York (May 16th), Ian Parkes (Stockpress Co-Founder) and creative operations superstar Angela Mastandrea decided it would be a good chance to get together with friends from the creative operations community to share what they will be listening out for at the event, and get a sense from you of what you’ll be hoping to get out of the event too.
Join Ian and Angela as they talk about:
- The emerging creative operations trends they are keen to explore at the event.
- The creative operations challenges that they are looking forward to overcoming with creative operations peers.
- Top tips for getting the most out of this great event.
We’d love to see you on Thursday, May 9th at 12pm EST to talk all things creative operations ahead of this fantastic event.
