We are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to help us win market share from the large file management and digital asset management (DAM) categories and seize a huge market opportunity before anyone else.

We are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing who can join our team of doers to help us Attract, Engage, and Convert new customers. The role is focused on top and middle-of-funnel marketing activities that reflect two of the three core elements of our approach:

Attract: Take Stockpress from obscurity to category leader by establishing value, creating demand, and building authority to fill our funnel.

Engage: Take Stockpress from friction to flow by pinpointing pain, educating and motivating our prospects, and bringing urgency to the call to action.

The Role:

Demand Generation

Stockpress is looking for a motivated, imaginative, and organized Director of Growth Marketing who is able to work strategically with the founding team. You will actively deliver high-performance demand generation that connects us with our core ICPs, and customer marketing that drives platform usage amongst our existing customers.

At the top of the funnel, we’ll be looking to you to deliver entertaining, informative, and targeted marketing that drives brand awareness and lead generation. You will be relentless in attracting people to our content and events, and ensure that we capture their information for targeted remarketing.

In the middle of the funnel, we will be looking for you to own our re-marketing efforts by creating content and communications that support high-velocity user adoption in teams at SMB and mid-market organizations. You will be responsible for connecting with existing users, and leveraging relationships with them to deliver customer-led content and customer marketing that drives usage.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that works together to deliver a category-defining collaborative file management platform, with a strong PLG motion.




  • Manage and optimize our paid ad campaigns on Google and LinkedIn.
  • Develop creative and entertaining content that consistently attracts new users.
  • Develop the foundations of an active user, peer, and partner community that helps Stockpress connect with our core ICPs.
  • Work with the product team to identify ways that the product can be ‘more social’ to achieve increased in-product lead-generation opportunities.
  • Work with the CRO and product team to develop an affiliate/ partner program.


  • Spend time with our customers and analyze their usage data in order to develop fun, informative, and high-impact content to increase product awareness and platform usage of our existing users.
  • Amplify the voices of power users, and help them promote the product and the way they use it through video interviews and written content. Referrals have been the most powerful source of new business for Stockpress and we believe we can elevate this further.
  • Deliver targeted and intent-based remarketing campaigns that reinforce our value proposition and instill a sense of urgency to start using Stockpress.
  • Become an active and trusted voice in communities where our ICPs hang out.
  • Act as a growth marketing evangelist who is proud to share your methods and achievements to build your personal brand.


  • Leverage customer and product data to inform the top and middle-of-funnel marketing strategies
  • Create and maintain relevant reports for both top and middle-of-funnel marketing activities
  • Ensure that all campaigns are connected to HubSpot and leverage HubSpot where possible for reporting

Success in the role:

Key performance indicators will include:

  • Website visitors, time on site, bounce rate, and page views
  • Organic and paid reach and engagements
  • Click-through, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Leads, account verification rate, and account activation rate
  • Free to paid conversion rate
  • Usage rates among existing clients (number of users, number of files, number of shares)

  • Salary $100-$110k per year + bonus (depending on experience)
