Remote: Demand Generation and Marketing Automation Manager

Job description:

Stockpress is looking for a technical, tactical, and data-driven demand generation marketeer to drive our product-led growth strategy. We are looking for a team player who can help us optimize high-performance demand generation tactics and implement marketing automation that builds and measures our pipeline.

As a PLG-focused company, we’ll be looking to you to champion a user-first mindset to achieve high-velocity user adoption in SMB and Mid-market organizations and agencies.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team, working together to deliver a “best in class” file management platform. You will take ownership of the planning and delivery of our demand generation and marketing automation efforts to drive conversion in our ‘freemium to paid’ funnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement and manage a robust end-to-end demand generation strategy and work with our growth agency partners to optimize top-of-funnel campaigns.
  • Build out acquisition campaigns and tests to drive large volumes of sign-ups.
  • Own the marketing automation process and work with the product and development teams to connect automation with platform actions.
  • Work with product teams to identify in-product lead generation opportunities.
  • Create and maintain reports and track the data required to continually refine the success of our PLG and demand generation strategies.
  • Create UTMs and maintain our UTM structure.

PLG Marketing Automation

  • Create and manage effective marketing automation within Intercom and HubSpot to support high-velocity product-led sales growth.
  • Optimize HubSpot data reporting to ensure that no deal is left on the table.
  • Act as a demand generation and PLG evangelist within Stockpress and be proud to share our demand generation and PLG story outside of it.

Conversion

  • Create robust lead management processes to help us optimize sales.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends in user actions, engagement rates, and conversions.
  • Consider new, creative approaches to have an impact on core metrics.
  • Own UTMs from source, to contact, to opportunity, to outcome over time to track where business is coming from and how long it takes us to convert.
