A busy spring at Stockpress — here’s everything that shipped between February and April 2025. 👀

What’s new in Stockpress in spring 2025 (TL;DR)

  • Stockpress plugin for Figma — Browse Stockpress files inside Figma, add them to designs, and export images and Frames back to Stockpress.
  • Klaviyo integration — Send single or multiple files from a Stockpress workspace to a Klaviyo asset library in one click.
  • Improved search and filters — Search by exact keywords, phrases, or specific fields (descriptions, tag categories, file names).
  • Better video support — Improved playback and timeline thumbnails for jumping to any point in a video.
  • Expanded Custom Role settings — More granular workspace controls, including Image Editor access and add/remove file restrictions.
  • Redesigned single-file view — Tabbed layout for details, tags, editions, versions, and comments, with quick actions for image editing, watermarks, and annotations.

Stockpress plugin for Figma

The Stockpress plugin for Figma connects your DAM directly to your Figma workspace. Browse and search files from your Stockpress workspace inside Figma, add images to your designs, and export multi-image and Frame exports back to Stockpress when you’re done. You can attach an optional project link to each export so working files stay easy to get back to.

Klaviyo integration: send Stockpress files to Klaviyo in one click

The Stockpress Klaviyo integration lets you send single or multiple files from your Stockpress workspace directly to your Klaviyo content/image area. No download-and-reupload required — just connect your Klaviyo account, select the files you want, and send.

Improved search and filters

Stockpress’s search and filter experience got a significant upgrade. You can now define exactly how you want to search:

  • Search by exact keyword or phrase
  • Limit search to file descriptions, tag categories, or file names only
  • Combine multiple criteria with the new and improved filter controls

Better video support

Improved video playback in Stockpress, plus timeline thumbnails so you can jump to any point in a video without scrubbing through the whole thing.

Expanded Custom Role settings

New workspace feature controls give admins more granular permissions in Custom User roles, including:

  • Image Editor access (allow or restrict per role)
  • Add and remove file restrictions
  • Additional fine-grained workspace controls

Redesigned single-file view: tabbed layout and quick actions

The Stockpress single-file view got a full refresh in April 2025. The old toggle-heavy experience has been replaced with a clean, tabbed layout that puts everything you need one click away.

What changed:

  • Tabbed actions — File details, tags, editions, versions, and comments are now organized into clear tabs.
  • Quick actions — Image editing, watermarks, and annotations are accessible directly from the file view without diving into menus.
  • Collection visibility — See at a glance how many Collections a file lives in, without leaving the single-file view.

The redesign was built around the most common single-file workflows — tagging, version review, and approving designs — so each one takes fewer clicks than before.

That’s all for now.
