What’s new in Stockpress in September 2024 (TL;DR)
- Pinned searches — Privately pin any search or filter combination to your sidebar for one-click access later.

- Custom file thumbnails — Set a custom thumbnail on link cards, PDFs, videos, design files, and more, so previews look exactly how you want them.

Pinned searches: save complex searches to your sidebar
Pinned searches let you save any search — a simple keyword, a multi-filter combination, or both — to your filters sidebar for one-click access later. Pinned searches are private to your account, so each team member can build their own personal shortcuts to the files they reach for most.
Branded share links and reusable share templates
Share links in Stockpress can now be branded with a custom logo and color directly in the advanced share settings. If you regularly send share links with the same settings — same branding, same permissions, same expiration — you can save those settings as a share template and apply them in one click.
Share templates can be:
- Workspace-wide, so everyone on your team sends consistently branded links.
- Personal, for individual workflows that only you use.
Custom file thumbnails
Set a custom thumbnail for any file in Stockpress — including link cards, PDFs, videos, and design files — so the visual preview matches what’s actually in the file (or what you want a viewer to see first). Useful for PDFs where the first page is a cover sheet, for videos where the auto-generated thumbnail isn’t representative, and for link cards that need a branded visual.

Delete files inside Collections
You asked, we built it. Deleting a Collection in Stockpress now gives you the option to delete the files inside it at the same time — no more deleting the Collection and then hunting down the files separately.
