Survey Terms and Conditions (referred to as the “Survey Terms”) together with the terms located at stockpress.co/privacy-policy/ set forth the terms of an Agreement by which You, (the “Participant”) and Stockpress Corp., (“Stockpress”), may participate from time to time in any Stockpress research or product-related surveys and related activities as specified by Stockpress (“Survey”). You must be at least 18 years of age in order to become a Participant. Stockpress reserves the right to change these Survey Terms at any time without notice.

1. These Survey Terms are effective upon acceptance and govern the Participant’s engagement in a Stockpress research or product Survey together with the General Terms. In the event of these General Terms conflicting with the Survey Terms, the Survey Terms will take precedence.
2. Survey refers to the gathering of feedback from the Participant relating to Stockpress, general industry trends, products, or services, which may consist of answering questionnaires, survey forms, or other forms of providing feedback to Stockpress about preferences, insights, attitudes, product usages, and any related topics. The Surveys may help Stockpress to generate ideas concerning the enhancement of the end-user experience which may ultimately benefit the wider-customer base of Stockpress. Such Surveys shall be conducted either by means of the telephone, in person by representatives of Stockpress, or through an online interface. If the Survey requires the physical presence of the Participant, Stockpress representatives, and the Participant shall mutually agree on a time and place where the Survey will take place.
3. The Participant acknowledges that Stockpress needs to gather and process the following personal data from them in order for the Participant to take part in any Survey: first name, last name, and email address. Your personal data will only be processed for the purposes of carrying out the Survey, the assessment of the Survey, and sending informative messages by Stockpress concerning the Survey and the assessment interviews performed by Stockpress. The personal data you provide to Stockpress will be processed in accordance with our https://stockpress.co/privacy-policy/. Personal information from this survey will only be shared with our named survey partner “Be More Nimble”. Personal data will not be shared or sold to 3rd parties.
4. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. All disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved by the applicable courts of the United States.
5. The relationship between Stockpress and the Participant is independent in nature, and the Participant shall not claim to be a partner, employee, agent, or joint venture partner of or with Stockpress or claim any benefits available to the personnel of Stockpress under/before any law or forum.
6. If any part of the Survey Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by the valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Survey Terms shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, these Survey Terms, together with the General Terms, constitute the entire terms between the Participant and Stockpress and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the Participant and Stockpress with respect to the Survey. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by the Participant or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
7. Gift cards will be issued to 25 participants and chosen at random. Gift cards will be sent no more than 30 days after the survey closes. Gift card winners will be notified when the survey has closed on or around April 21st, 2023.
8. One participant will be chosen at random to receive a free workspace for 12 months with 500 GB of storage. The value of this prize is $2,700 based on pricing dated 03.20.2023. The winner of the workspace will be announced no more than 30 days after the survey closes. The workspace winner will be notified when the survey has closed on or around April 21st, 2023. *Excludes existing Stockpress customers.
9. Existing Stockpress customers who take the survey and will earn 5 GB of additonal storage for their team. (Limited to one per workspace and added following the survey close date of April 21st, 2023.)
