With Stockpress, one file can live in multiple Collections without being duplicated but sometimes unnecessary copies can be uploaded by accident. Or, if you have imported files from another platform such as Dropbox, Box, or Google Drive, you may have multiple copies of the same file across your workspace. It’s time to clean it up!
Identify duplicates in your workspace
Visit the three-dot icon in your sidebar to get started. We’ll automatically scan your workspace for duplicate and similar files each time you complete an upload. You decide what you want to delete, merge, or archive.
Identifying duplicates will not only save on storage costs but reduce confusion over which file is the right one!
