Yes! Every file gets a unique Stockpress ID for easier tracking.
Yes! Our image editor lets you crop and resize images directly in the platform. You can also export files into different formats, such as AI to JPG, PSD to PDF, etc. They are both included in our Pro tier and above.
New versions are stacked on top of the original, keeping your workspace organized and up to date. Admins can see previous versions, but only the latest is searchable to users. You can also bulk upload versioned files, which is great for InDesign or Illustrator design packages. More on versioning and bulk versioning →
You can search by keyword, phrase, or multiple keywords with varying criteria, such as exact match, all terms, any terms, or terms containing specific text, across file names, descriptions, and tags. Narrow your search down even further with filters and file metadata such as orientation, owner, file type, and more!
You bet. We support both embedded and admin-created metadata, including custom tag categories and fields. Tags can be uploaded via CSV, added manually, or imported via EXIF or IPTC mapping.
Yes—especially useful when migrating from another DAM. We can map metadata from your existing files through FTP uploads or custom migration scripts from other DAM platforms.
External share links offer an unlimited combination of options, including updatable links (all new files added will automatically populate), password protection, automatic watermarking, expiration dates, commenting, favoriting, and more.
You can create Guest Upload pages in Stockpress to collect files from anyone! Set Guest Upload page options, such as password protection and expiration dates, and track all uploads.
Our Premium tier offers unlimited Custom Pages where you can make publicly visible web pages of your files and Collections. From Brand guides to event recaps or even a customized login screen.

Not by default—Stockpress is a gated DAM. But you can allow people to apply for access or share links to specific content with set permissions.
