About the role

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist/Copywriter to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content that increases our brand presence and builds community across our social media platforms. Additionally, this role involves drafting copy for various channels including paid advertising and our website, contributing to our overall sales and marketing strategy.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent web content writing skills and experience advertising on multiple social networks. Ultimately, your work will ensure that we maintain a strong online voice and brand consistent with our marketing goals, thereby establishing our organic social channels as vital components of Stockpress’s sales channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, in collaboration with the Demand Generation Manager, to increase our brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
  • Write clear, persuasive, original copy for various channels, including organic social media, paid advertising, and website content.
  • Select appropriate images or videos to complement the text
  • Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Conduct online advocacy and open streams for cross-promotions.
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
  • Compile reports showing results (ROI).

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • The ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
