The challenge:
Managing multiple events and clients, with external partners continuously changing, MWC needed a better way to manage and share large files and make sure the right people, at the right events, could see them.
The Stockpress solution:
Before MWC switched to Stockpress they were using multiple platforms to manage pre-event files and releases as well as in-event photos and results. Because of file storage limits and user licenses, they were not able to give their clients the access they needed to be successful and were having a difficult time managing all of their clients in one place. With the ability to create custom teams in Stockpress, MWC was able to group their clients together and give them access to the files that they needed, per event. Utilizing keywords and tags, their clients are able to easily find the files they need by searching instead of navigating through a confusing folder structure or expired share links.
Results:
Because of the success of their events, some of MWC’s clients have transitioned to their own Stockpress workspaces and are able to benefit all year round in their own business. Because MWC is an agency account, they can easily switch between workspaces as needed so they can always find what they’re looking for.
